Bader Abdulrahman Al Sayari has more than 25 years of experience in financial and investment markets. He started his career at the Saudi Arabia Monetary Agency (SAMA) in the investment department where he was a member of the advisory group that managed billions of dollars of assets across many asset classes.
After leaving SAMA, Bader joined Al Azizia Commercial Investment Company as the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and developed the company’s Investment Policy Statement and headed its investment activities.
Later, he joined the Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC) (a Saudi-based investment house) as CEO and played a major role in establishing the company. Following that, Bader moved to Al Faisaliah Group Holding as CIO. During his tenure with Al Faisaliah, Bader spearheaded the group’s investment activities and implemented investment turnaround strategy after which he joined Saudi Venture Capital as CEO.
Currently Bader is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Awqaf Suleiman Al Rajhi Holding company – one of the largest foundations in the region in early 2018 – whereby he is in charge of all investment related matters.
In addition to the above, Bader served and continues to serve on several boards and investment committees of various public and private companies, funds, and endowments/foundations.
Bader holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University, Riyadh.
