Mr. Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al Omran

Mr. Al Omran has been a Vice President of Khalid & Abdulaziz Al Omran Company since 2006. He was also the founder of Zeej Print in 2002.

Previously, he worked at SAMBA Financial Group as Senior Manager, Investment Banking from 2000 to 2002.

Mr. Al Omran completed his BS degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, Dhahran, in 2000, and his MBA degree from London Business School in 2010.

Mr. Al Omran is a Founder of ZEEJ Print and is also a Vice President in Khalid & Abdulaziz Al Omran Company.

GIB Capital is a Single Shareholder Company (Commercial Registration No. 1010244294) with paid-up capital of SR 200,000,000.

GIB Capital obtained its license from the Capital Market Authority under license number 07078-37 on 08/07/1428H (corresponding to 22/07/2007G). GIB Capital obtained the approval to proceed with its business activities from the Capital Market Authority on 03/04/1429H (corresponding to 12/04/2008G).
